In me I see so much flesh and wrong,

So much I wish could be gone.

It is not in me my steps to direct.

You and You Alone can make me perfect.

As I believe and trust in Calvary,

And depend on the Spirit Who makes me free.

All that my God won, astounding victory,

In my life becomes a reality.

The life of Jesus within me is made real.

His Salvation we shall see as we stand still.

Freedom from sin not just in principle,

But Divine Atonement’s Promise fulfilled.

The victory gained when you first saw light

Is the same one that will conquer your night.

The Spirit is here your eyes to enlight.

Revelation freeing us from sin’s plight.

Believe & trust in Jesus the Son,

Who by Heaven’s mercy the Work has done.

In Grace and good hope we know joy’s delight.

From the worthless world His own shall take flight.
